How to Register for Stock Trading
Required Documents for Clients Identification

To open a TMS account and begin trading in securities, please ensure you have the following documents ready:

1. Duly Completed Corporate KYC Form
2. Company or Organization Registration Certificate
3. PAN/VAT Registration Certificate
4. Proof of Citizenship for the Authorized Person
5. Recent Passport-Sized Photograph of the Authorized Person
6. Board Meeting Minutes authorizing the Opening of the DEMAT Account and Trading in Securities
7. Any relevant permit from a regulatory body (if applicable)
8. Tax Clearance Certificate
9. Bank Account Details Document (including Bank Account Number)
10. Beneficiary Account Opening Certificate or BOID (Beneficiary Owner Identification) Number
Once your account is set up, you will receive a Client ID that can be used for trading, either through our customer service or via the NEPSE TMS.

Online Trading Process:

To begin trading (buying and selling shares) on your own, you will need to sign the Online Agreement Form with us. After that, you will receive a password reset link via email from NOTS. Simply follow the link to set a new password and keep it confidential for security reasons. Once completed, you’ll be ready to start trading online.

1. पूरा गरिएको कर्पोरेट KYC फारम
2. कम्पनी वा संस्थाको दर्ता प्रमाणपत्र
3. PAN/VAT दर्ता प्रमाणपत्र
4. अधिकृत व्यक्तिको नागरिकता प्रमाणपत्र
5. अधिकृत व्यक्तिको हालको पासपोर्ट आकारको तस्वीर
6. DEMAT खाता खोल्ने र सेयर कारोबार गर्ने निर्णयको बोर्ड बैठकको मिनेट
7. यदि लागू भएमा कुनै नियामक निकायबाट प्राप्त अनुमति पत्र
8. कर सफाइ प्रमाणपत्र
9. बैंक खाता विवरण कागजात (बैंक खाता नम्बर सहित)
10. लाभकारी खाता खोल्ने प्रमाणपत्र वा BOID (बेनिफिसरी ओनर आईडी) नम्बर
खाता खोल्नपछि तपाईंलाई Client ID प्रदान गरिनेछ, जुन तपाईंले हाम्रो ग्राहक सेवामार्फत वा NEPSE TMS मार्फत सेयर कारोबार गर्न प्रयोग गर्न सक्नुहुनेछ।

अनलाइन ट्रेडिङ प्रक्रिया:

सेयर किनबेच गर्नको लागि तपाईंले आफैं अनलाइन ट्रेडिङ गर्न चाहनुहुन्छ भने, तपाईंले पहिले हामीसँग अनलाइन सम्झौता फारम साइन गर्नुपर्नेछ। त्यसपछि तपाईंलाई NOTS बाट इमेलमा पासवर्ड रिसेट लिंक प्राप्त हुनेछ। लिंकमा क्लिक गरेर नयाँ पासवर्ड सेट गर्नुहोस् र यसलाई सुरक्षा कारणले अरूसँग शेयर नगर्नुहोस्। एकपटक पासवर्ड सेट भएपछि तपाईं अनलाइन ट्रेडिङको लागि तयार हुनुहुन्छ।
